We were doing a tour all around Ireland and can honestly say that Doolin was our favourite place and the Sea View was perfect. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Darra was lovely and friendly and helped us so much with local recommendations and helped with giving us contacts and suggestions for some of our family history research. Without Darra we would have left Doolin without knowing any of the family info we found out because of her. The breakfasts were lovely and it was nice that everyone sits together and so you can have a little chat with the other guests.
Gus O'Connors which is 2 minutes walk had Irish music the night we were there and nice food and was one of our favourite evenings as it was so atmospheric. Tip is to get there early as although its big inside it gets full quite early, or did when we were there on a Sunday in June.
We also did the Cliffs of Moher boat trip from the harbour and that was fun, you can see some puffins, but take binoculars as they are small and dont come near the boat.
All in all I would recommend Doolin but if you go there definitely stay at the Sea View. You won't be disapointed.More
