Good parking, NationalTrust car park. Not far to walk to beach, dog friendly and beautiful beach. Definitely worth a visit.

What a superb beach it is clean quiet with turquoise sea. The beach is run by the NationalTrust. Charge for the car park or free to members by scanning your membership card. The beach huts are not in use and are on the car park as they were moved after the damage caused by storm Emma earlier this year. Some of the sand was washed away but it’s still a lovely sandy beach. This beach is a lot quieter than Abersoch no jet skis allowed. Great place for all ages and dog friendly.

Very clean, safe and sandy beach. The views are to die for, especially in the evening. Great fun to watch the boats and try to identify the mountains on the horizon.

We came here with friends who have come here regularly for the last few years, easy to find and good parking, bar/ Restaurant at the top end of the beach. A storm appears to have damaged the beach and our friends said it’s not the same, however we thought it was lovely!

Great beach, particularly for families. Can be busy at times, especially high tide (check tide times), and more crowded close to the slipway access, but this can be avoided by making an effort to walk a little further.

Some recent issues with storms changing the sand level and exposing some historic waste site - but then we should all be prepared to collect and REMOVE waste (plastic and glass) - and take it home to put in a proper bin (rather than overload any local bins).

National Trust car park has many places, but can get full. Has a few pot holes, but these serve as traffic calming to keep speeds low - which is an advantage when small children could run out from between parked cars.
