“Horrible experience”
Review of Colours Of India

Colours Of India
Ranked #12 of 29 Restaurants in Mallow
Price range: US$23 - US$28
Description: Indian food in Colours of India is uniquely prepared with health in mind. The spices are used to give flavour and much more. They are used for the medicinal upkeep and harmony of the body which is often ignored in the west. Spices and seasoning in Indian cooking have a most certain purpose "balance within the diet". Indian cooking has many health benefits and it is so easy to be a vegetarian with an Indian cuisine. The many vegetable, bean, rice and yogurt dishes ensure that diet is balanced nutritionally and highly flavoured.

Horrible customer service , they were an hour late and never even rang to let Us know , and the food was ice cold and tasted horrible the chicken tikka was so dry . Another time we ordered take away but collection and asked could we sit down and eat it in there after it started pouring rain and they told us we'd have to pay ten euro to sit down even though there was literally no other guests in the restaurant . Horrible food and horrible service . I don't even have a picture because we threw it in the bin .

Such friendly and helpful staff. Delicious Indian food for a very reasonable price, especially the Early Bird Menu!

We often get take way from here but only now dined in. the waiter was very friendly with a generous helping of dips to start with. Our food was well prepared (Pasanda, Madras). The décor is very minimal if not bare but the food is what we come for.
