“Comfortable and well appointed accommodation”
Reviewed 13 February 2017 for a stay in February 2017

Well appointed heritage building with 8-9 flats. We hired two for our family of 5 for two nights to attend a wedding in Bath and a reception in Corsham.

Great position, right on the High Street which is pedestrianised at this point - but a loading zone a few metres further on made access easy. Directions to the flats and entry procedure were well communicated. beds comfortable, flats clean and most of things you would expect including an iron and board, microwave etc were all in place.Wifi easy to access and good signal. Decor OK but a bit faux heritage - I'm glad I didn't have to live with it for a week!

Only criticism was the showers of both flats were electric and lacked any power. Heating whilst effective was difficult to control so we were a little bit overheated but that have been the result of the fun, food and drink we consumed at the wedding.

“Well located holiday flat in Georgian house in central Corsham”

The flat is a good size and very conveniently located right in the middle of Corsham, near shops, restaurants and pubs. It is very quiet. Car parking is free about 250 yards away at the end of the high street.

The lounge is comfortable and a good size, with television and good fast Wi-Fi. The whole flat is well heated by storage radiators (a bit too well heated in the bedroom). It would, though, probably feel rather cramped for more than 2 people. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen does not have a freezer nor an ice box in the fridge. No provisions are supplied.

In general, a good place to stay when exploring the area. We had some light bulbs not working on arrival and they were fixed very quickly and willingly by the owner. The decor is a bit shabby, but perfectly acceptable for a holiday let.

“Month long stay from NZ while visiting family in UK.”
Reviewed 30 June 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Dealings with the owner very helpful and our stay was for an extend period. We found the property ideally situated in central Corsham quiet and handy to the local amenities. Parking may be an problem for those with a vehicle but as bus stop nearby not an issue for us. Met our expectations as to comfort (main bed especially ) and with good heating. As a "listed" building it had its "quirks " but we enjoyed the charm of the property. The interior was nice and contemporary with plenty of room. Excellent WiFi.
