Amazing to see what's been found in Alcester!

A small museum co-located with the local library. We visited on an open day and the kids spent over an hour cleaning pottery shards from a local dig.

Friendly and knowledgeable volunteers made it a very pleasant and educational couple of hours.

A small museum incorporated with the town's library. Some nice exhibits but it won't take you long to look around; some activities for younger children. Go if you're there but don't make a special trip. Volunteer guide very friendly and helpful. Free entry.

I visited here with my two grandchildren they were enthralled and very interested so was I. There was a person giving you information if you wanted together with films etc, it told you all about Worcester in the Roman era and more.well worth a visit and it's free, there are donation boxes should you wish to help.

I was amazing how much time we spent in this little place. Just browsing and enjoying the local Roman finds and history.
