Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the Bushtown hotel. The hotel is very quaint and traditional, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean and the breakfast provided was wonderful.
However the one thing I was very disappointed in was the 'spa'. The pool was very small and in need of an upgrade. The jacuzzi was out of order and looked like it had been for some time. Worst of all you had to pay £2.50 per person for a swim cap to even use the spa area. If you are looking for a hotel for a spa break this is not the hotel for you!
The hotel had many positives however :-
There were always friendly staff to help at any time day or night (very useful as we only got to the hotel at 11.30pm)
The hotel was perfectly located for easy travel to Coleraine and the coast.
The breakfast was lovely and included a large selection of cooked options as well as cereals and breads.
I was very happy with the room. We booked a twin room and were given a large corner suite containing one large main room with a double bed and an adjoining room with two single beds. The room was very spacious, clean and traditionally decorated.
Would stay again.More
