Nice sandy beach that usually has waves, though often choppy. It has a good parking lot and bathroom and shower facilities. Lifeguards are on duty during most busy times. It has ancredible views of the rock outcroppings on either side as well as Molokai straight ahead. The burger shack of the Ritz Carlton also provides food and drink beachside but the prices are predictably expensive. ($25 burgers.)

Big wide beach. Relatively sheltered. Okay snorkeling. Can get blown out. Trees to find shade in. Restrooms. Overall not a bad choice.

This beach was located at our hotel. The water was murky and not good for snorkeling but we had a great time playing in the waves. Compared to the many other beaches we visited while in Maui, the sand was softer than most. It was convenient and clean.

Great smaller beach to go. Lots of waves for fun on boogie boards. Good parts of this beach is there is soft sand, a lifeguard station, bathrooms, showers and even a place to go for food if needed. However, the nearby place is expensive and little overall selection. Bring lots of sunscreen and water. There are trees for some protection.

Gorgeous beach that is a bit less crowded than surrounding beaches. Would recommend bringing boogie boards, as the waves can get pretty big and are fun to ride! This is not a great place for snorkeling, but we did see two sea turtles in the water during out time here. Beach has lifeguards, showers, public restrooms, plenty of parking and picnic tables.
