“Lovely and private farmhouse ”
Reviewed 21 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

If you want privacy and to be near the attractions in Normandy, this lovely farmhouse is perfect. Picturesque, clean, and we'll equipped, we had a great stay, cooked great meals in the kitchen, made crackling fires in the fireplace and had breakfast outside in the front.
Wires keep any roving cows from roaming onto the property. Not that there were hoards of roaming cows but you never know...
It's a simple property but highly
recommended for what it is

“A tranquil retreat”
Reviewed 21 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

We were looking for a large property to stay as extended family and use as a base for exploring the Normandy Landings beaches. We found this property which looked perfect, and didn't disappoint.
The property is well-equipped, it seems as though it is a real home for a good deal of the time, rather than simply set up as a holiday let.
The property is very simple and this is much of the charm; the local area extremely quiet which again adds to the charm.
There is no popping around the corner to a village shop, fresh croissants in the morning need a little time but this mindset ensures that you slow down properly to rest and recuperate.
Similarly, there is quite some distance to travel to reach most of the sites if historical interest, but driving in France is so laid back this also slowed everything down and made it a really relaxing break.
We explored the local area a little as well and loved Percy (particularly the boulangerie) and had a fabulous meal out at St Michel in Domjean.
I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking to relax and unwind in a very un-British way.

“Great rural farmhouse!”
Reviewed 29 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Beautiful location from which to explore Normandy. Many decent beaches and towns within easy reach.

The farmhouse kitchen is very equipped and the washing machine a useful touch for those staying a while.

The bedrooms are very comfortable, plenty of space generally and if you're lucky you may get a visit or two from Eliot the fabulously friendly neighbourhood pooch!

Will definitely be going back!!!

“Beautiful authentic French house in lovely environment”

The owner of this house is someone who really loves the house. You can see that. It is a very beautiful, old French house, where you can stay easily with a group of 10 persons. When the wheather is fine, you can sit perfectly outside. When the weather is bad, you have enough room to sit inside the house. It contains five bedrooms, which are nicely decorated, and two bathrooms. The communication with the owner was also very pleasant. In fact, we were all very happy that we had chosen for this house. For some people of our group it was only a little difficult to find the house the first time. We have enjoyed it very much to stay here.

“Relaxing get away!”
Reviewed 18 June 2014 for a stay in June 2014

Out in the normandy country side, this little vacation home was a wonderful relaxing place for our exteneded family of seven to stay. A bathroom on both floors, a huge old fireplace, a storage barn full of outdoor furniture, made the evenings that we stayed here nice. If you like fresh air, no neighbors, no traffic, dark nights, and green plants everywhere, you should stay here.
