My family and I rented the spectacular villa for a week in April 2017. The home is beautifully furnished with a complete kitchen, outdoor grill, smart TV, luxury linens and towels, toiletries. We were at home the minute we arrived. There is a nearby pool and hot tub that we all enjoyed. The beautiful beach and another large pool were a short ride away in the golf cart provided by the owner.
This property is located within the beautiful Rio Mar Beach Resort with golf, tennis, and other amenities.
Rio Mar is as ten minute drive from the Rain Forest and an easy drive to both San Juan for his historic old town and its great restaurants and nightlife. Fajardo is also an easy drive with lots of choices for water sports, snorkeling, kayaking, etc.
The resort has lovely restaurant choices and there are fun local restaurants nearby along with a great supermarket and drug store. This villa offers the best of both words, a secure and beautiful home overlooking the golf course and beach and easy access to all that Puerto Rico has to offer.
We highly recommend this property and its very helpful host/owner.

We were looking for a rental house while in Puerto Rico! We were so lucky to have found this wonderful place! The villa has amazing views from the balcony and was beautifully decorated on the inside. We were met by the property manager Lydia, who was so friendly and helpful and gave us some great ideas of restaurants to try and things to do while we were in Puerto Rico! Prior to our arrival we received a multi page instruction sheet with directions to the villa as well as directions to many different places we would be visiting we which we referred to many times! We had a golf cart available to use that we used to get around the property and there is a wonderful beach access from the grounds on the complex. The villa was fully furnished with everything we needed for a wonderful week! I would highly recommend this villa and we had great communication before, during and after our stay with the owner Hector. You won't be disappointed in this property. We will be sure to stay here again if we get back to Puerto Rico!
