We live around the corner and were keen to give Angelo's a go as it is so local and we feel the area is missing a decent Italian restaurant. On walking in the atmosphere was excellent, really buzzing and like a Saturday night (on a Monday). Our order was taken quickly and we were given advice about our courses on request. The service here is very personal and that is one of the things my boyfriend and I enjoyed the most about the experience (along with the food!). We had garlic bread to share and then a starter and main course each, along with a Peroni each and the bill came to £40 (excl tip). The courses are quite big and all the food was red hot, good quality and served on hot plates. Fantastic and we will absolutely return to Angelo's.
