I enjoyed so much in this hotel. When i came it was just one more nice hotel. But next day i was so surprised with their hospitality. It was great. After one week im this hotel, i can't wait to come back!
Every was fantastic. Room was very nice, breakfast was great. All of 3 restaurants were fantastic. Also, there was chef Tristan Brandt. Google him! Director of the hotel who knows name of every guest (and hotel is big), habits, everything...
Valentin, F&B manager knows more about food and wines than all people i ever met. And, atmosphere is great. They are all so normal and you feel like you should feel in such a hotel. They are here because of you.
I was enjoying the most and soon I'm going to come back!

This is absolutely the hotel of choice when one is in Flims! I spent 3 nights here for my birthday and definitely couldn’t ask for more. Enjoyed my stay throughout and one of my best experience of hotel stay in Europe. Waldhaus definitely raised the bar high in many aspects.

The booking and communication via email were easy, responsive and attentive from the beginning. You felt welcome even prior to arrival. Check in was easy and the waiting area is so spacious! The interior looks so grand and new and well maintained. Staffs were friendly and warm and always asked if we needed help.

Room was awesome, with good mountain view. Came with well sized toilet with bathroom. Bed was comfy and amenities provided. The only thing to take note is the room key to open door. Very annoying as we always had to turn many times in order to get it right. This can be annoying sometimes but I think can be easy simplified.

Spa was fabulous especially the outdoor pool not to be missed! So romantic with misty look during winter. The interior area was spacious and fully equipped with whatever you needed. There was also a women only area. Sauna however was a little small, good for 2. Steam room a bit pointless with not much heat. Area was clean, tidy and nice nonetheless. One suggestion is to put better signage in the other elevator.

Breakfast was superb! Wide spread of choices with whatever you needed! There was even an egg station! Very comfortable seating and you get nice view of you have window seats.

Parking was available too. We parked outdoor with cheaper rate and all good. Hotel location very near to Caumasee. Walking distance to Flims town as well. Easy access to many great restaurants nearby. Oh yes, the restaurant in the hotel was excellent! Make sure you try their Thai menu - I dare say they were authentic!

I miss this place already! Was even given a free birthday cake as a surprise in the room. How thoughtful! Overall such a nice pampering stay!
