Our family vacation at your hotel was exceptional. The staff welcomed us efficiently and thoughtfully. What impressed me the most was the elegant and understated atmosphere, confirming that a high level of hospitality can be achieved quietly and without excess. The class and quality of the services accompanied us from the very first moment. Every detail is meticulously taken care of, from the fresh flowers everywhere to the neatly rolled towels.

Very modern and comfortable rooms. No air conditioning but got very cool at night. Some staff was quite brusque but ultimately all helpful. Our teens thought the pool area which has an indoor outdoor pool was amazing as did we! Super breakfast! Quick walk to the lake but not a good spot to jump in.

Visited again over Xmas and found the hotel had still the same high level of service and warmth as we had experienced in 2021. The hotel still feels new and the staff help to make it is a great experience.
Great location to walk around Tegernsee and the surroundings, makes it a great hotel to stay in.

We spent five nights in a family suite. Only the third suite we were shown halfway looked like the fotos advertised in offer.
The room was absolutely not up to modern standards. The kids bed mattress was broken and was not changed although we requested. One of our kids slept on the couch. Our bed was making noises when you slightly moved. Power plugs etc were missing …
The kids had to leave the pool at 1600 which is unacceptable for me.
The concierge tips for sporting were also practically not existing. Absolutely zero views.
For me this hotel is not meeting the standard other German hotels in this price range are offering. We will not come back and I feel sorry about the money I spent.

Regarding the pool time for children we set the time to 04:00 PM to make sure, that all of our guests can be satisfied and there is enough time for children to enjoy our pool area.

A lovely hotel with great staff and excellent facilities. We stayed here 9 nights and were treated like honoured guests. The food was delicious, particularly the breakfasts which had an extensive range of fruit and anything you could possibly want. The location just a few minutes from the lake was ideal - close but not too busy, and swimming in the lake was lovely. We had a really enjoyable holiday. We will certainly come back.
