The hotel’s ok, not as centrally located, though. It has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. It also has a game room with a billiard table (you can play for a fee), a football table game machine (also for a fee), darts and a 2-lane ten-pin alley. Our room was big with a lovely view. We stayed for a week and were given free guest cards to use on the local buses and some free activities. We used them to go to Spitzingsee (highly recommended). What I don’t like about this hotel is the unfriendly reception staff. They are terrible at making you feel welcome (ergo, the 3stars). At least their guest relations officer, Alex, was nice and helpful. He went the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome by organising a talk to let guests be acquainted with hotel facilities and tours. Free wine and cheese followed after the talk, which was a nice touch.
