Amenities were great. Bedroom needed updating but beds were comfortable. Coffee and tea were replenished daily. There's even a tiny fridge. Outside of the bedroom, there was a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, and a game room/bowling alley (but I think you have to pay a small fee to operate the arcade machines).
It was nice having an unlimited-ride bus pass which you can use to go to nearby areas like Spitzingsee.
We haven't had a chance to try the restaurant as the prices were steep. There are better food options in Schliersee. You could even buy groceries at Netto and Edeka, which are only a 10-minute walk away.
The service wasn't on par with what we had in mind. Reception lady came across as unfriendly - seemed like she hated her job.
