Amenities were great. Bedroom needed updating but beds were comfortable. Coffee and tea were replenished daily. There's even a tiny fridge. Outside of the bedroom, there was a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, and a game room/bowling alley (but I think you have to pay a small fee to operate the arcade machines).
It was nice having an unlimited-ride bus pass which you can use to go to nearby areas like Spitzingsee.
We haven't had a chance to try the restaurant as the prices were steep. There are better food options in Schliersee. You could even buy groceries at Netto and Edeka, which are only a 10-minute walk away.
The service wasn't on par with what we had in mind. Reception lady came across as unfriendly - seemed like she hated her job.

Very quiet and relaxing resort. Enjoyed our stay very much. Very near to all the amenities and easy to walk to the town. We were given free parking and bus ride to the nearby town, which is very handy.

The hotel has all the facilities to make you happy on site. The appartments are spacious and comfortabe. The location of scliersee gives a lot of posibilities to explor the soraundig area with small nice villages.

The hotel and stay was good, whereas it's quite expensive. (Especially the buffet in the evening). The fitness room is not really a fitness room, the equipment is old and there isn't much to work with. They have a nice swimming pool and spa.

We stayed for five nights in a very luxurious suite at Karma Bavaria. Andy and his team were very helpful and cheerful throughout our stay. The area was beautiful and it was full of activities, gorgeous scenery and inviting beer gardens. The food that we had in Schliersee was some of the best we’ve ever had in Germany and the architecture is just charming. The pool and spa area were very inviting and the facilities were excellent. We would definitely stay again!
Room tip: Book a suite if you can.

We stayed for a week in mid March just after the end of ski season. The resort was lovely (especially the Spa area) and the surroundings around Lake Schliersee were stunning. We felt that the on site restaurant did not really live up to the rest of the resort -the food was ok but unimaginative and expensive -this did not really matter much as there are several very good local restaurants within a few minutes of the resort. Our onsite resort representative (Andy) was excellent -very helpful with local tips. We would thoroughly recommend the resort to anyone thinking of visiting the area.
