“Just as described”
Reviewed 5 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

This cottage provides an excellent base for all of County Durham's amenities and for further afield. It would suit just about everyone. We took two young grandsons and made use of the put up bed. The accommodation was just as described and we were more than happy in all respects. We would certainly go back again.

“Just Beautiful”
Reviewed 30 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

With family in and around the Durham area Mole Hill Farm was the perfect base for us to stay to go visiting. Myself, husband and 2 children (7 & 3) found the cottage to be a home from home. The children settled in straight away, the welcome goodies were great and the house itself is beautiful. Very comfy beds, deep roll top baths and very spacious throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

“Beamish's best kept secret”
Reviewed 28 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

What an excellent place to relax & unwind. Spacious & very well appointed. En-suite for each room is a luxury. Extremely comfortable beds. Plenty of off-road parking space. Fabulous walks through the woods to Beamish living museum. Excellent pubs close by, serving very good food at reasonable prices. Mole Hill Farm cottage is the kind of place you don't want to leave.

“Another great stay”
Reviewed 19 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Back again for a second stay here. Very handy when spending days at the Beamish museum and for all the other local attractions.
Needs a fish slice in the kitchen though. Would make the obligatory full English a bit easier.
