Having overdone it with the skiing, we had an afternoon off at the spa. It's not the simplest to find. The main building in Bride is in the centre, but you walk in to a doctors waiting room. The spa area is underneath the building. The receptionists speak English and can explain what's available. It's open till 8pm, so great after a day skiing. I think it opens at 2pm, or certainly lunch is between 12 and 2.
You can go and use the facilities. This includes 2 x outdoor Jacuzzi's plus one indoor one, 3 aroma type rooms including a large Turkish hamman, sauna and some novelty showers. This is 35 euro each.
However, the cost of a treatment includes use of the facilities all afternoon, so that is good value starting at about 65 euro. I think the water is tap water, unless you pay for the thermal water experiences!
They provide dressing gowns, towels, flip flops. You get herbal teas and fruit water to drink. They have a room with loungers for relaxing. A great way to spend a few hours. Might be an idea to book, as we couldn't get a massage as a walk in.
We're a little spoilt as have been to some very luxurious spas. This is very good and a great way to relax, but not quite a standard spa experience.
