The chef is a genius who produces different, delicious, low calorie lunches and dinners every day for people on the three week cure. His desserts in particular are amazing.
The dishes are served promptly, with no long waits between courses, by Cathy who is cheerful and helpful.
Highly recommended and good value for money.
