Great location, nothing was too much trouble A+++

I was fortunate enough to spend a night at Les Chalets during a three day cycling holiday early in July 2023. It was the last day of our cycling holiday and after having finished much later than planned, Aude very kindly served us a hearty dinner and drinks at the hotel after 22:30 which was unbelievable. The rooms were clean, tidy & well appointed and there was also ample storage for all 9 bikes in their locked garage. The breakfast the following morning was excellent, I'm only sorry I wasn't able to spend some more time there. Impeccable service from Aude on our departure finished our all too brief stay off nicely.

A wonderful family ran hotel in Brides Les Baines. Nothing is too much trouble for hotel owner Aud, the food is great and plentiful and always more available upon request. Bedrooms comfortable and modern bathroom/ showers brilliant. Fabulous views from bedroom balcony. Nice beer, activities in the games room, 2 minute walk from Olympic gondola lift. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend!

Room tip: Request a balcony

Firstly, my friends and I would like to emphasize Aude’s hospitality and care for all our needs during our stay at the hotel. She was restless to meet them all. The hotel is very comfortable and has very recent upgrades done to the rooms. Additionally, the breakfast was good and complete and the food served at dinner was exceptional. The location is very convenient, close to a ski lift that has access to the ski tracks.

We stayed here during a cycling trip. The hotel was comfortable, centrally located and very cyclist-friendly (including secure bike storage). We booked half-board and the food was really good. The best thing about this hotel though was the customer service. The proprietor couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. If you like to support independent hotels then definitely give this one a try.

I stayed in September 2018 as part of a group on motorbikes. The hotel is centrally located within 5 minutes walk of Brides les Bains and is well equipped with outside heated pool and games room. The staff were amazingly welcoming: owner Aude Goujon came to speak to our group personally at the start and end of our stay. Food and wine excellent - especially recommend the house red, light in price and soft in flavour. My room was very confortable and immaculately clean.

Room tip: best view are from the front

Excellent staff, location, facilities, food, parking. I always try and book privately owned hotels as they generally give a better service, and Les Chalets was no exception. Lovely hotel, well received by Aude and her staff, first evenings meal was excellent, and we decided to have our meals for the next 3 evenings too. Swimming was great, all facilities available, included, and excellent. All in all? one of our best stays. Highly recommend and would happily visit again. Some of our 26 motorcyclists have said they intend to return.

Room tip: All rooms are excellent. We had one overlooking the pool but those overlooking the mountains were equally impressive.
