Everything worked properly in the house and the pool area (heated pool) was perfect.
The see (about 10 minutes walk) was also clean and there were just a few people there. Many restaurants were unfortunately already closed at the end of september. We recommend a visit in Benedettu and the nice sunset!
Also St-Cyprien and Pinarello restaurants.

We stayed here for a week and would highly recommend it. The villas are spacious, well maintained and have en suite bathrooms off all the main bedrooms. There is quiet air con throughout and large terrasses for dining outside, easily fit 6-8 people on terrasse. The owner Marc is very friendly and knowledgeable about the local areas, best beaches, restos etc. In summary,
Marina Rossa was a great find and a great place to stay!
We stayed two weeks here, our first visit to Porto Vecchio, although we have visited Corsica twice previously in other resorts. The area itself was lovely with lots to do. We played tennis at the local tennis club, spent time on the beaches both at Cala Rossa (10 min walk away) and St Cyprien, wandered around the old town at Porto Vecchio and visited the mountain villages especially L'Osperdale. We also visited Bonifacio which is pretty unmissable when coming to this part of Corsica although best advice is to leave early to avoid the queues and stand any chance of getting parked.
As for the villa itself, it was really well equipped and airy with a decked terrace and secluded garden. Pretty much as stated by other reviewers. The air con was in all rooms and was efficient. The pool was a lifesaver and although shared with other villas, never felt overcrowded.
The only slight disappointment was having to pay extra for bath towels which, in addition to beach towels, would be too bulky to take on the plane and the inflexibility of the WiFi. Only two devices could be connected to a hot spot and only one could be used at a time. And it was not free. Whilst it might be nice to get away from the gadgets for two weeks, it is not realistic with two teenage daughters!
That's said, a really lovely holiday was spent here and we would definately recommend it to other families.
We recently spent 2 weeks at Marina Rossa and it was fantastic. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. We were delighted that the air-con worked very well with separate units in each bedroom and the lounge, the shower was fantastic with plenty of hot water, not just a dribble like other places, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very clean and well kept. The swimming pool was superb and the gardens were pristine too. It was a 10 minute stroll to the beach. There is a small bakers and cafe about 400m away, with a basic shop for water, fruit, wine etc about 800m away.
We would highly recommend Marina Rossa. Porto-Vecchio is very near, the "old town" is lovely and the city has everything you would need. A visit to Corsica is a must, the beaches, scenery, people and cuisine are fantastic. Visit Bonifacio and Sartene too.
Marina Rossa offers villas with a communal pool and parking area at a walking distance from a beautiful, calm beach (with a great restaurant !)
Location is very good if you want to discover the southern part of Corsica. The villas are located at a 10 minute drive from Porto Vecchio, 30 min from Bonifaccio and a 45/60 min drive from some of the most beautiful locations to visit (ie the waterfall).
4 spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms( 1 master bathroom, 2 showerrooms), 3 toilets (2 separate, 1 in master bathroom),a nice kitchen, airco all around, alarm system, a nice garden and a great terrace.
Would go back again in the future if visiting Corsica again.
