I’ve been to a lot of different restaurants between San Benedetto and Grottammare and there is an almost standardized setup in terms of food, taste and creativity.
This place however is different than the rest, not only for the quality of the food but also the creative ideas and the way the chef chooses to prepare each dish.
On top of that you have local top quality products. Which includes even the bread made of local organic flour and the list of organic and natural ingredients goes on!
The owner is very passionate about what he serves at the restaurant including the wine. We got to taste different exceptional wines from producers that only makes small quantities each season.
Compliments to the young waiter! Very passionate, educated and inspiring. A promising soul for the next generation!
