“Tantilizing Tuscany!”

We were a group of 4 brothers and wives who stayed at this villa. It really fulfilled all our requirements! We loved having 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. Each one was unique and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms in the front of the villa have beautiful views over the vineyards. The patio area also overlooks the vineyards. We often sat there talking and enjoying the view.

The location is very good. We were able to take day trips into the surrounding towns. San Albino was convenient for groceries. We went into Montepulciano and San Albino for some excellent dinners. Wine tastings were close as well. We also did some exploring and tasted some excellent cheese which paired perfectly with the wines we purchased. We took a day trip to Florence using the train at Chuisi.

Silvia was a pleasure. She responded to emails promptly during the planning process. We were not sure about directions when we got close. I called Silvia and she met us. We then followed her the rest of the way in. The GPS would have gotten us there but it was nice to feel taken care of. Silvia made check in and out easy. She explained how to operate appliances, gates, etc. She really does her best to take care of her guests.

The villa is in the middle of vineyards. Silvia's husband was in the middle of production while we were there. The cantina is in the basement of the villa. We were able to observe some of the process first hand.

Walks through the surrounding vineyards were also a plus.

We did take advantage of a private chef while we were there. Silvia arranged this for us.He was personable and the meal was excellent. It was great to meet another local and to taste the traditional cuisine. Highly recommend. After our first dinner we inquired about another but he was already all booked up for the week.

We used the pool once. It is not heated so only the brave went in!

We were very pleased with the villa and enjoyed our stay there.
