Tired hotel. No a/c, the only way to, partially cool is opening windows - cool 3 hours later. Renovate or close it. Towels need replaced. Breakfast normal fare, better elsewhere. only reason to stay here is location, that is not enough.

Room tip: stay in venice

Stayed here one night with my gf on our way from Zagreb to Venice. I used to live in this town back in 95/96 but never realised this place was here. Either way...we booked on line via a travel website a few months back and we weren't disappointed. We were checked in by Roberto and later on served by him in the bar.
The rooms were nice, comfortable, quiet and spacious. The bathroom was nice but the shower was a bit tight...but again...I'm 6'8" and everything is small and tight. My gf thought it was ok.
The building was great, tidy and looked well renovated. The breakfast was a buffet and was excellent and the coffee was good.
We found the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.
We would definitely recommend this place and would return when passing through next time.
As we had a rental, we kindly requested if we could leave it there in the hotel parking lot while we went to Venice for a few days by train. No problem!

Nice hotel and has everything you want.... Apart from a restaurant. Breakfast is ok but there's nothing else. It shouldn't put you off though, there are plenty of restaurants around which are fantastic and more than fill the gap. The nautical themed rooms have a nod to the Fincantieri shipyard just down the road.

The hotel is nice, modern style Inside but in a historical building. It is within walking distance of the city centre (10 min) and very quiet. The staff was very helpful with all questions. Only the room temperature was too hot and impossible to regulate downwards (24-27°C!); The breakfast is good except the warm dishes were not really warm.

Stayed here for one night for business and saw two members of staff in 24 hours, one behind the check-in desk and one at breakfast.

The rooms are large and fairly well appointed but rather dingy and old-fashioned in an '80s kind of way.

The 'bar'.....well, it isn't a bar as it was empty with no staff serving and was like a train station waiting room.

If you have to stay here.....well.....never mind, but I'd choose somewhere else.
