Family-run and all of the family are involved - mother, father, 2 daughters and son-in-law (at least). Very friendly down to the family eating in the restaurant with the guests at their own table each evening. When we left, the whole family came out to wave the coach off.

Everywhere is spotless and most of the hotel has recently been refurbished, so is like new. Room was superb with a balcony looking towards the mountains and a 2 metre wide bed!

Has an outside heated pool and Jacuzzi plus a spa centre for treatments.

Breakfasts and dinners are good.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and the resort is superb and especially good for walkers (or mountain bikers) with dozens of trails, both high and low. We will return! (We booked through Saga.)

Room Tip: Recommend a room at the rear facing the mountains rather than a lake-view room at the front.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We stayed one week with an eight months old baby and the staff really helped to make our stay comfortable.

The hotel itself lays in the directly and the wonderful molveno lake and in the middle of the brenta dolomites. Trips could be started directly from the hotel. Even trips to the mountains with a baby are possible.

A lovely hotel, which together with a room with a view of the spectacular mountains and very friendly staff, made for a wonderful stay. Luckily, there are plenty of walks around the hotel, lake and at the top of the ski lift, that it helped work off some of the calories from the wonderful food.

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear of the hotel have a wonderful view of the mountains. The rooms at the front have a partial view of the lake.

Wonderful time with the cooks learning how to make some decadent Italian meals. The Hotel is in a beautiful area of the dolomites nestled in a valley near a beautiful lake surrounded by breathtaking mountains.
From the moment you check in the staff goes out of their way to cater to your every need. You arrive as strangers but leave as family!!! Can't wait to be back soon

Hotel location was beautiful and the staff wonderful. Only had 2 real criticisms, the hotel was not as close to the lake as the description suggested. The bed was extremely comfortable but was let down by the thin pillows. That being said, our room was very clean and the bathroom was luxurious. All areas of the hotel were keep extremely clean and tidy. If you intend staying at the hotel and expect to use the courtesy bus into the town, then ensure that you go "in season" as we went at the beginning of May and it was not running. The cable car and ski lift were only open at the weekend. Also, the boats on the lake were not available and some of the restaurants were not yet open. It seemed that while we were there, things were being readied for use probably by the end of May.

Room Tip: Front rooms face east and have distant lake view but there is also a road. Rear view faces west and the mountains and quieter.
