We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The hotel's personal driver, Claudio, picked us up at the airport for 35 euro flat rate and was awesome. Our flight was delayed by an hour but he was there as planned, having noted the delay on his phone app.
When we checked in, we were happily surprised with a free upgrade to a garden-view room. The room was very well appointed and spacious. The grounds here were also beautiful. Lovely terrace with hammocks and plenty of seating, and the smell of blooming flowers everywhere. Travel tip: ensure your adapter is small so it fits into the wall outlets. Our small one fit no problem but our bigger converter did not.
Free breakfast in the morning had lots of variety. Very nice. We filled our water bottles here each morning with the fruit-infused water!
We bought 2-day bus/vaporetto tix from the front desk for 30 euros each and they were well worth it! Used a lot. The bus ride was 25 min to Venice, fyi. Stop is right across the street.
It was my birthday when we stayed here and EVERYONE wished me happy birthday the whole day. I was also surprised with flowers, bubbly, and a beautiful glass gift in our room, too.
We had one small issue while staying here which was promptly and professionally resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We saved so much money and loved our experience. Grazie to Roberta and her thoughtful staff.

On the bus line to Venice. Definitely get the pass for the bus and water taxis.
Wonderful restaurant, very friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Accommodating regarding gluten free. Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. Large clean room, calming, sedate and peaceful room. Large bathroom and shower. Nice shady garden with chairs, tables and outdoor sofas.

My family wanted to visit Venice but we were driving around Europe with tonnes of luggage so I did some research and found this hotel. They were very prompt and efficient with email booking. They even gave us a reduced price as it was low season. Parking was free. The hotel has a bus stop across the road which takes you to Venice for €1.50 in 20 mins. Couldn’t be easier. The reception staff gave us all the information on arrival and sold us the tickets for bus and vaparetto (cheaper than buying tickets on bus). The room was average size once two extra beds were open for kids but perfect for 2 nights. Breakfast was also included and very good. The hotel has outdoor seating in a garden with two hammocks. An oasis off the main road. We didn’t try the restaurant but it looked good. Overall Highly recommended.

The hotel is built in a quiet area and is surrounded by its own little park and garden. The public transportation stop is just 3 minutes walk away from the hotel. Public bus routes are very frequent and it takes no more than 30 minutes to get to Piazzale Roma in Venice. The hotel neighborhood is almost totally residential but, still, one can find some restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and very elegantly decorated. The hotel restaurant is pretty good, the breakfast rich and typically Italian. The staff, more than polite and helpful, have provided us with exceptional service. All in all, highly recommended hotel.

The great service started from the time we checked in and continued to the time we boarded our cab on departure...
The staff at the reception took time to explain to us the different options available to go to and come back from Venice. Also helped us choose the best options for public transport.

Infact, when early on the second day when we were stepping out of the hotel and the reception staff had changed, the reception staff literally chased us down 100 metres out of the reception to confirm if we had all the information we needed. This was much appreciated...because I'm sure it made us feel welcome and also helped us get around.

The next experience was when we booked a cab for early morning. Not only did they book a cab for us, which was expected, but realising that we would be leaving early before breakfast started, they offered to arrange packed breakfast for us.
Finally, when we were boarding the taxi, the receptionist on duty negotiated on our behalf to ensure we paid only the fair price for our ride to the station.
Truly outstanding service.
The hotel was overall comfortable and our stay was enjoyable.
