4 double rooms for a week’s skiing. Excellent breakfasts and dinners and even some lunches. Service very friendly.

Resort first rate for us - good range of blue to black slopes to suit all of group. Hotel ideally placed for Pradolago gondola which is a great starting point for the day.

We stayed for New Year at this hotel. Fantastic location. Great rooms. Very helpful reception staff. The main disappointment with this hotel is the shocking food. I have stayed at several hotels in Italy who cater very well for coeliacs (gluten free). This place was a joke. Lack of training and knowledge was evident from the outset. Pannacotta does not normally contain flour! I was charged 120 euros for New Year's dinner - as the evening progressed they gave up on me being a coeliac and offered me cake! Then when we complained, I was given a bowl of fruit - not cut up fruit but whole pieces of fruit.
I wasn't even allowed parmesan cheese as they used the same machine for breadcrumbs. Why couldn't they offer to grate some fresh parmesan cheese using a separate grater?!

Great relatively new hotel, amazing location, just opposite from the gondola to Pradalago, and very close to the centar of the village.
Reception staff is friendly, speaks english.
Rooms are spacious, warm throughout the day and always very clean.
Dinning if good, variety of choices, staff is nice.
Pool is small but very nice and with a great view of the mountain and village. Spa is also great.

Its location is superb. It is situated right opposite the Pradalago gondola! Wow, waking up in the morning, and you only have to cross the street to get on the ski lift. I have stayed in better 4 star boutique hotels in Madonna di Campiglio with much more comfortable beds and pillows, better breakfast and more delicious dinner. Not that this is bad, not at all, with Italian food you cannot go that wrong, but when you compare, then you have to do the right rating. Another thing that was strange is that checkout had to be at 10am! having said that, we were thoughtful enough at the time of booking to request late checkout and we were offered a special room where we could leave our luggage and take a shower in the afternoon before we left. The last moment, we were also offered late checkout, i.e.at 2pm for a special reason. Wi-Fi was excellent throughout our stay, even streaming, since there were no English speaking TV channels. The receptionists were very polite and helpful and some waiters were exceptionally good.

We stayed for 6 nights in a spacious duplex suite, with a double king size bed on the ground floor with an additional bedroom on the mezzanine floor, which was reached from an internal staircase. We booked half board with a buffet breakfast and 4 course evening meal - lots of options to choose from. A good selection of wine, we selected wine priced between 16 and 22 euros per bottle.
Being directly opposite the Pradalago lift was perfect, also enabled any of our party to finish skiing earlier if they preferred and use the Spa facilities.
Hotel is very well managed, the staff are welcoming, efficient and thoughtful. We left early on Saturday morning to get our flight (5:30am) and they provide the buffet breakfast for us and another family.
One night there was a singer/piano player in the bar he was fantastic and good fun.
