On the main road of Cortina with parking out front. 1 min walk from the center pedestrian zone. Cozy rooms, nice entry seating areas, beautiful views from every room, balcony. Great price and location. Don't pass this up.

Hotel with kind service, very good breakfast, good location. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress was old. The room was ok, but a little too small. So the restroom. Good internet. Not superlative, but ok.

Hotel is good value for Cortina but is dated although pictures make it look better than it was. However, it was functional and in a good location, the staff were excellent, breakfast was good. Unfortunately there is a night club over the road that woke us up and kids were yelling in the street until 5am - we stayed Thursday and friday night. I wouldn't advise against it because there were many pluses but try and get a room at back of hotel rather than right on the road if you are a light sleeper.

We travelled as a group of two couples and decided on this hotel for the friendliness of the staff at the reception during the reservation process. Mr. Giulio was very kind and professional, prompt and ready to help with our many questions. The hotel is right in town, only steps from the pedestrian area. It is elegantly appointed, with pleasant common areas and offers all amenities. Sufficient Parking by the hotel ground is a plus.
The rooms are nice, very clean and comfortable, with great views. Bathroom with Jacuzzi a definite plus.
The only flow is slow Internet .
Good value for money. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the classic double room on the highway side with views towards the pedestrian street and Old town. Had no issues with noise during night. Literally 2 mins walk to the Old town and 5 mins to the cable car Tofana. Room quite spacious, wooden walls, seemed a bit outdated, but very clean and well looked after. In room wifi was weak, needed to find a good spot. Good continental breakfast, with cereals, yogurt, few types of cheeses and hams, boiled eggs, mozzarella, wider selection of cakes, fruits. Very helpful staff. Would stay again.
