We booked a triple room for our Christmas vacation, we arrived at 9:00pm, want to catch the early plane, so we order breakfast at 6:30, the receptionist refused and tell us that the breakfast buffet will open at 7:00 am, it’s unfriendly hotel.

we used this hotel several times as a step to be on time for a cruise of the city. Every time the service was courteous, the room clean, and the facilities inviting. The price was right too.
When we came early, management strived to make the room available early too.

Location is the best thing: easy walk from train station, close/easy walk to heart of town and strolling around and there is a local bus that takes you right to the cruise port terminal. Very convenient.
Guest room was fine - large and although a little down at the heels, perfectly acceptable and we had a great view of the sea overlooking front street area and train station but there were no noise issues.
They offered a ticket for free drink but room was packed and with only one waiter we ended up moving along. Dining room opens late (by jet-lagged American standards) so we walked a block down the street (towards town) to a lovely little place that offered fish, pizza, you name it. When we entered it was busy and by the time we finished it was completely full (hotel may want to consider opening restaurant because we would have stayed there and we saw other hotel guests in this restaurant). Breakfast in hotel was fine although staff was not at all friendly and somewhat curt.
All together hotel was easy and fine for one night.

Beautiful hotel. Immaculate. Room spacious, quiet, comfortable. Like sleeping in a palace. Tavi restaurant in basement is beautiful. More than I expected for the price. Will definitely be back. Close to port for cruise ships.

Lovely property, a block from the Train Station, and thus also only a block to the Bus to the Port Terminal. Easy walk to the downtown area and the Fort. Rooms were clean and bright, and the breakfast was very good. Very convenient for either before or after a cruise.
