Moderare hotel. Very limited englisch language capabilties, carpet in corridor is dirty, fitness not in operation, safe on the room too small. The hotel has an excelkent position to explore the city centre.

Hotel was wonderful. Rooms were spacious, updated, and immaculate. Very nice bathrooms. Would definitely suggest taking the breakfast, as it was plentiful and tasty.

Location could not have been better. Right around the corner form The Reggia. In the heart of a pedestrian area with fun bars and restaurants. Parking was nearby and reasonably priced.

Hotel staff was excellent. I mistakenly booked our stay for the wrong dates. They found my reservation, accommodated us on the proper date, and honored our travelocity rate. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we stayed a second night.

We were also part of a SAGA tour and stopped here on the first night. After a very early flight from Gatwick followed by a 'light' lunch at a local vineyard, we were very pleased to arrive at the hotel. There was nothing outstanding about the hotel or the experience. The room was clean and the food adequate. It was also the first dinner together for the 44 strong party so in some respects the getting to know people was more important than the food. I do love fresh bread though and the local bread we had here was the best of the 4 hotels we stayed in. We also had an early departure the following morning so breakfast was at 0700. Usual continental plus scrambled egg, which I thought a bonus. It was adequate.

My wife and I stayed here for one night as part of a Saga tour.

Caserta is a fairly unexciting City with a Palace within walking distance - and that is about it!

The bedroom did not have much room - and the shower was difficult to operate - a bit of trial and error here!

Dinner was adequate, but the serving very slow. Breakfast was mainly continental, but included scrambled egg with nothing to go with it. There was no brown bread or sugar-free jam, that would have suited a diabetic.
