We were touring Europe on our motorcycle and had booked two nights here so that we could do a couple of the local passes, the most famous one being the Stelvio pass. When we arrived the lady on the desk was very polite and friendly and could speak English. We parked our motorcycle in the underground garage for €5 a night, the room we stayed in was lovely and clean it had a view of the mountains (not trick as Bormio is surrounded by them) it also had a kettle, coffee and tea bags but no milk. The breakfast was included and was a average European breakfast included cold meats, croissants and chocolate cake. We were offered tea, coffee or cappuccino to go with the breakfast.

Dear Gixxer-Greg,
thank you very much for the lovely review and the 5 stars.
We are very happy that you loved our small chic hotel, we like to be loyal to our guests and the view you had can confirm that our rooms have a real mountain view on the Alps.
Beeing able to comunicate in different languages makes the client feel more confortable, and that's the most appriciated thing also from me when i'm away so we try to do our best and make you feel like at home.
Hope you had fun and a great time riding our amazing passes.
Thank you again!

Situated at the base of the Stelvio Pass climb with a specific bike parking facility. The staff were kind enough to drop off breakfast the night before so I could get away early. The room itself was spot on too.

Dear Mr AYMA1985,
thank you for your nice feedback and the 5stars.
We are pleased that you liked the hotel, very confortable and ideal for cyclists who wants to climb the stelvio pass.
We offer, as you wrote, a service of breakfast-in-the-room for those who want to leave early, and you know, a good breakfast is necessary to climb the Stelvio :)

Hope to see you again!

Tl;DR Hotel Meublè Sertorelli Reit is a perfect choice for any road cyclist due to its location, garage and value for money.

Let’s start from Hotel Meublè Sertorelli Reit location, which is perfect when it comes to both access to Stelvio and visiting Bormio shops, restaurants and spa. Also, Bormio Ski & Bike is just a few blocks away.

Nice and very clean rooms. Stayed at suite #413. Cosy bed with decent quality pillows, sheets and blankets. Very modern bathrooms, plenty of towels and amenities. Fast wi-fi with strong signal.

Private garage for both bikes and cars. Separate and locked room for bikes. Basic set of good quality tools and a floor pump.

Nice staff, especially front-desk. Housekeeping is top notch.

Breakfast may be the only downside. It’s basically OK with yoghurt, muesli and so on, but when you stay a few more days you will eventually miss vegetables, such as tomatoes and cucumber. Fresh bread, selection of ham and salami available but only one kind of cheese, Edam-type stock stuff, even though there are dozens of farms who produce tasty and fresh cheese.

One more thing, Marialuisa and rest of the crew responded my e-mail queries promptly and thoroughly.

Would I stay at this hotel again? Absolutely.

Dear Henrik,

we are delighted that you have appreciated our structure and that your vacation to discover our wonderful bike passes has been positive.

We welcome the considerations regarding breakfast offerings, which we believe to be even more important for cyclists, and sportsmen in general, like you. We are already looking at different solutions on how to internationalize breakfast, especially in summer, when our structure welcomes several cyclists and foreigners.

We invite you to come back to visit us soon to test yourself the improvements we will make.

See you soon
