Alberto and his wife are introducing a new approach inspired by well-being mixed with tradition. The rooms have renovated furniture and bathroom with cromo-therapy light; a new wellness area is under construction but a strong point is the restaurant service and its new philosophy: ingredients are "km zero", raw materials came from certificate supply chain; the menu runs vegan dishes; an assortment of fresh and cooked vegetables is available every lunch and dinner.
Some examples I tried: wholewheat flour lasagna with Finferli mushrooms and Asiago cheese DOP ( protect origin denomination); pumpkin soup with pumpkin seeds toasted bread ; assortment cheese with honey and marmalades and banana pie (delicious). More
