The hotel is located slightly out of town, on a highway but good with service. It is mainly patronised by Indian, Chinese, Japanese group tour operators. Rooms are good but toilets were a bit cramped.
Dinner and breakfast were OK types (could be better). It has got two very spacious dining halls, where they could offer dinner and breakfast for two big groups separately.
They even entertained us with Bollywood numbers and dance performances of local dancers.

Room tip: Front side rooms having better views

Though the hotel is far from the city, our stay in this hotel was very comfortable & entertaining. I can remember at one night there was a party amongst our group wherein beautiful Italian girls were brought in to perform in front of us. It was a very good party and I was thoroughly enjoyed throughout the night. The room is spacious comfortable and clean. The toilet is neat and clean. You may see that some of the lifts may not work for going upstairs / downstairs. Overall experience in this hotel is very good.

From Pisa I was on way to Rome, when I stayed at the Hotel Planet in the village of Arezzo. It is owned by some Indian I guess. There was Indian Music, Indian dancing and Indian food inside the hotel. There is no restaurant nearby and you are forced to eat inside. The reception staff is cold but the rooms are hot. Penny wise pound foolish, the air conditioners were not on. We had to sleep with the windows open. Don't stay here if you do not have your own transport. I have already told the reception staff are very cold. They looked overworked with so many tourist crowd.

Room tip: It is a village.

Well, we spent a night here on the way from Pisa to Rome along with our group , tour conducted by Thomas Cook.. Travel companies usually prefer these kind of hotels far from the city with the main consideration to save money. However, considering it as a budget hotel, my review would be as below:

1) Rooms are good as double occupancy. But we were given a room as triple occupancy, with an additional bed inserted in a double occupancy room, making the movement difficult. But as double occupancy room , room is oK

2) Although it was reasonably hot outside , the hotel management did not put on AC.. so we had to keep the window open. The view from the window was good.

3) Toilet / Bath of the room was small but neat.

4) Breakfast in the hotel was not at all up to the mark. It was very simple and did not taste good

5) The place is far from the city and on highway. So it can be used only for a budget night spend..

6) Lot of olive trees around.. So those coming from other countries and would like to have a close look at the olive trees and the fruits, will have ample opportunity to do so
