Simply perfect. In my view, the best hotel in Oman. Wonderful rooms, excellent food, the best swimming pool, and located close to the beach. But it is the exceptional customer service that really makes this hotel so good. Everyone I met was polite, friendly and professional. I particularly would like to mention Saba, who gave me an incredibly relaxing massage in the luxurious spa. Breakfast was very good, with the best cappacino I have had in a long time. Thanks to Zach, Kinley, Doulce, Lorenzo and Caroline. There are other Talent who have my thanks. Also Raju and Rana did a superb job cleaning my room and laying my things out neatly. All overseen by Jackie who checked everything was as expected. Jaya came in and made sure the minibar was fully stocked. Juera helped me log on to a computer in the business area, and very kindly provided a basket of fruit. Mahmoud checked me in and out, and created a very good first and last impression of the hotel. Thank you to all the Talent team. If I haven't mentioned your name I apologise, but I think very highly of you and thank you for your service. Finally, for the record, I highly recommend the W. If visiting Oman, this is the place to stay!

It was very unique staying in W hotel, I really like everything in the hotel especially the staff, they are very helpful and friendly. They made a birthday cake and balloons as a welcome addition for my partner’s birthday, I’m not going to forget such a good things like that.
It won’t be my last visit.
