Good hotel and stay but the lack of attention to details disappointed!
The limited TV channels are disappointing and the lack of attention to change the name on the screen between customers is too, also the “support” given to come and change it was disappointing. I also shouldn’t have to know who the last guest was, whether it’s for privacy reasons or whatever.
Even when I raised it with with reception as I checked out it was received with a “oh yeah”.
Pool is amazing and huge but for the November weather it’s not heated, you’re also told that it is a 24 hour pool but the evening lights close at 2 AM meaning that if you do swim ... you won’t see anything.
Summer cloud drink at Living Room is the best thing you’ll ever drink (and you’ll be craving it by the pool.)
