Just back from an amazing weekend in this gorgeous house. Perfect location in the village, with a shop across the road and 4 doors from Bay Bush Bar. House was so clean and welcoming, with a fire built for us in the stove. Bedrooms are spacious and bright. Bathroom small but perfect for what it's needed for. A small back garden to enjoy the sun. Cannot wait to be back soon.

“Traditional Donegal”

My family and I had a short easter break in Donegal and found this gem of a place. A lovely wee house, very homely and clean. A crackin multi fuel stove was well used, more for aesthetics than heat as it was quite mild. Well stocked kitchen that had pretty much everything we needed. Upstairs the bedrooms were nice, clean and fresh. The kids loved the bunk beds.

Would happily stay again next time we are in the area.

“Fantastic place to stay”

A party of five have just return from Ballintra after staying in your property for the weekend as we had been invited to a family wedding. You provided some very useful instructions to the home which were easy to follow. The house looks small from the outside but done be deceived once in the house it goes on leading to a large lounge dinner and separate utility room. The bedrooms were nice and modern. I can honestly say the house is very homely and comfortable. There is a handy shop across the way, two bars and a take away. We felt we had everything to hand and locals helped us to organise a taxi. Overall, we were overjoyed this this accommodation and would definitely return and advise others to use it. We were amazed with the house that felt like a 'home away from home.'

We loved your home thank you.

“Ballintra townhouse”
Reviewed 17 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

Quaint little cottage in a very quiet sleepy village, and old house with modern renovations while still keepin the character of the building. Shop and pubs on your doorstep and a childrens park within a stones throw of house. Locals very friendly and helpful, donegal town bundoran abd rossnowlagh within 15 mins drive. Great little house, a great location to see this area of donegal.
