A fantastic bright and modern villa in a quiet area of Gros Islet. It is exceptionally well appointed with everything you could need during your stay.
The bedrooms are large with good sized en-suite shower rooms. The bed incredibly comfortable. The ceiling fan made the room the perfect temperature in the extreme heat.
Breakfast on the terrace looking at the ocean was the perfect start to the day or a dip in the crystal clear pool.
We had the pleasure of meeting Anne O and her partner who were an absolutely delightful couple.
As with most properties in this area, the villa is built into the side of a hill. Access for a disabled person would be difficult.
Could not fault our stay. Would love to go back.
Our family of 4 had a fantastic time at this villa. It was perfect for the four of us - all adults. The pool was well utilised by all of us from early morning to late evening and we had breakfast every morning on the balcony with the lovely views of the sea in the distance.
The marina was just a few minutes down the road with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarket and a bit further on were more beaches and restaurants. We just fell in love with the island of St Lucia and it's people.
The villa is large and clean and perfect for a holiday with family or friends. If you want to have the freedom to move around the island yourself you need a car. The roads in St Lucia are not for faint hearted but makes the holiday so enjoyable as you can enjoy a huge array of places to go to and other activities such as zip lining, which we did. The views are great as the house is at the top of a hill and we had a car, a 4X4, as the road gets a very bumpy at the top just before the villa but not a big challenge just be aware. The agent for the villa was there if we needed her but we were very self sufficient the villa has everything you need. Excellent pre information was given before our trip to prepare us.
Would definitely return - for now, photos of the week has to suffice.
I came to Saint Lucia in February 2017 and rented this house for 8 of my guests, and my husband and I stayed two nights. We stayed at the Sandals Resort after the two days of stay at the Sun and Breeze Villa. The villa was absolutely adorable and we wished we stayed longer with our guests at this home. It was very clean, big open space and the pool was great at night as well as in the day. We are in the process of renting the home again the same time in 2018. Anne O. was super accommodating and was very informative. Besides the steep driveway, the location was perfect and can't wait to go back again. See you soon Saint Lucia!
Fab place to chill out! I stayed at this lovely villa with some friends in March and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. The view was amazing and after some great nights out at the buzzing local bars & restaurants by the beach (lovely warm, clear water) and the marina, we all relaxed and spent a few nights in cooking & watching the sun go down. We slept really well and were even up early to do aerobics by the pool! The house is great for big parties as there are 4 large bedrooms - we had loads of space. It was my first time in St Lucia and it was as hot as India and the rain showers could be just as dramatic - you only need a cardigan for the evenings. Zan the agent was on hand when we needed any advice about a transfer or taxi and where to go. There is a local housekeeper who was really lovely & met us on the first day checking we had everything we needed. The hill is very steep on the way up (walking is not recommended!) but our 4x4 managed brilliantly as it did getting us around St Lucia – although there is only one road! There is lots to do & we did everything we wanted – there are 3 good beaches within a few minutes’ drive, lots of shops and restaurants, and a great Spa that we went to. My favourite beach was pigeon island, as it has opportunity to be in the shade as well as the sun & there is the view of the Atlantic coastline there too. The days flew by and I went home refreshed & relaxed. I would definitely come back to St Lucia and this lovely home. Thank you all at Sun & Breeze
Booked this villa for my family to stay in while we visited for my brothers memorial.. in the initial booking all seemed well until we got there, there was someone staying upstairs in the property, the stairs to the pool where unsafe for kids, elderly and disabled people, the pool was filthy... there was a huge step over and into the veranda. In my initial booking I said my mother had mobility issues and we later found out the property was totally unsuitable for at least 4 family members so we didn't stay there as it's was stressful anyway being there for my brothers memorial then not having accessible accommodation was too much after a 9 hour flight.
After explaining to the host Annie we had to find alternative accommodation and tried to discuss a refund she has made no attempt to compromise. So ended up having to contact trip advisor to assist in the recovery of the refund due to the fact we didn't stay in the property at all.
So the trip was even harder than I had ever imagined and I'm still waiting for the discussion of a refund to begin.
