“Lovely place, best location”
Reviewed 20 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

The location of this place is the best thing about it. Fantastic views of the harbour from the top floor Windows, loved it, made all the difference having such easy access to the beach each morning. Flat is very comfortable for a family of five, was clean and had all amenities in it. Steps were not that bad to climb even for our 4 year old. Only thing that was a problem was the lack of hot water in the main bathroom , something which other travellers have mentioned in their comments. Overall, one of the main reasons we had a great time in Tenby was staying at this property. Oh, my son forgot his soft toy and they were very nice about it, they sent it to us by post! Gesture was very much appreciated. Very recommended.

“Home from home - but with a better view!”
Reviewed 21 June 2015 for a stay in March 2015

I stayed here with some friends in March. I'd not been to Tenby before and was very pleasantly surprised. There is plenty to do here and it has some very good restaurants. There are some nice short walks and great scenery and also some great longer walks to do - we did the costal walk to Saundersfoot which was great.

This apartment is great - it's spacious, very well-equipped and has everything you need. The bedding is very comfortable and there's a well-stocked kitchen. The apartment is very well-maintained and very clean and comfortable, with very stylish furniture and fittings. The views of the beach are incredible - worth staying here for these alone - waking up and watching the sunrise was magical. I also absolutely loved the private garden on the way down to the beach.

“Stunning views”
Reviewed 18 June 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We stayed here, as an all girl group for a walking weekend. It is perfectl location for coastal walks, beach and the town centre. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook. We cooked a full English for 6 with ease. We had fantastic weather, and watching the sun set over the sea from this high vantage point, we could have almost been abroad.

Nicely decorated with modern furnishing, and comfy beds!

Will definitely be returning,

“Fabulous sea view in stylish apartment ”
Reviewed 18 June 2015 for a stay in March 2015

I stayed in the penthouse apartment with a groups of friends for a walking weekend. The apartment is newly renovated with high quality kitchen appliances & full set of pans, crockery, glasses etc. It has 2 bathrooms so sharing getting ready is made easier. The apartment easily sleeps 6. There is a dining area big enough to seat 6 & the lounge is lovely, complete with television & comfy sofas. The views from the lounge & front bedroom are amazing. I awoke on my first morning to the sound of the sea lapping on the shore. The beach is beautiful &I you can see right across the bay. I would definitely go back. It'd be ideal for a family or a group of friends.

“Enjoyable - but not luxury”

The location of Newton Croft is fantastic as you step out of the front door and can head straight into town or down to the beach. As mentioned, in the previous review, it is at the very top of the house and there is no lift. I think this needs to be mentioned in the promotional material as, although this was fine for teenagers, grand parents would probably struggle getting up and down the stairs or getting luggage to the top.
When we arrived - fortunately late evening - the storage heaters were not on which meant the flat was chilly. Although we could turn on the newer heaters, the two older heaters in the lounge and dining area would only come on the following morning.
On the positive side; the views out over Tenby were amazing, the lounge spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Unfortunately the shower in the bathroom did not have sufficient power when on hot and so we all had to use the en-suite bathroom. Due to the layout, our daughters slept in the front bedroom where the king size and bunk beds were, which meant we had to sneak in while they were asleep to use their shower. Not the best scenario.
My husband and I slept in the back bedroom and unfortunately the bed was hard and our wardrobe packed with carry cot, high chair etc.
I would recommend this accommodation, as we did have a great holiday - helped by fantastic weather - but in my experience it is not a luxury apartment.
