“Beautiful house in a quiet, unspoilt village and within easy reach of so many stunning locations.,”
Reviewed 14 May 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Seven adults in our party so it's not always easy to find a house with good size bedrooms and enough bathrooms! Ty Garan is perfect.

Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and a real sun trap when the weather is kind.

This was our second visit and I'm sure we will return again.

A comfortable and spotlessly clean home in a beautiful village location. Very well equipped. Close to many beautiful sandy beaches, the coastal footpath and historic attractions. Thoroughly recommended.

“A lovely, spacious holiday home”
Reviewed 17 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We found Ty Garan to be a lovely, spacious and well equipped cottage - spotlessly clean throughout. We were a party of seven in all, myself and my wife, my son and his wife and their three boys - one 3 year old and twins just over a year old.
The large carpeted lounge was ideal as the children could play with their toys and crawl around with safety while supervised. The long corridor linking the bed rooms also provided good crawling space.
Breakfast in the kitchen and evenings in the adjacent conservatory were the order of the day, with much fun playing board games.
We came well prepared with playpen style barriers where there were clearly hazards for very young children, particularly screening off the relatively steep (but carpeted) stairs down to the games room.
Saint Florence proved to be the perfect location for our needs: a beautiful beach and castle at Manorbier, the Welsh Zoo and Folly Farm, all within very close proximity. Also, we found the local people friendly and helpful. However, it should be noted that we found the village of Saint Florence to be in a somewhat of a dead spot for mobile 'phone transmissions.
Overall, Ty Garan is a wonderful place to stay for extended families.
