We stayed here for 5 nights, we were made to feel welcome by the owners Paul and Hayley, our room was a nice sized double room with ensuite bathroom with shower, tea and coffee in the room. Mum’s room was a single on the ground floor, with a ramped entrance, the dining room doubles for he bar in the evenings, everyone gets to know one another in the bar, good sized car park at the front of the property. Great location just a short walk to the seafront and town centre, where you will find the steam railway. However you can hear the train from your room, and the seagulls are loud but that did not bother us. We would recommend 100%

Room Tip: Room 15 was good

Never disappointed here. Gets better every time I go their. Great hotel, great hosts, lovely family atmosphere. Well looked after, spotlessly clean. Best breakfast in Paignton as far as I’m concerned ... will I go back again ??? Yes in July . Can’t say more than that .

A very good place to stay.
The hosts are extremely welcoming.
Nothing is too much trouble.
Really good selection for breakfast. Would suit most palates. English breakfast not to be missed.
Highly recommended.

Our room on the first floor was of a good size, the bathroom was a bit snug so may be an issue if your on the larger size but not a problem for us. Both bedroom and bathroom spotless and a nice fresh smell. The hotel itself is of a nice size with the bar and dinning room together and a nice conservatory area to sit and take your drinks to. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from for the three days we were there from full English to omelette to continental options. All the staff were excellent. The location was very good and it was nice to have a decent size car park. We would use again.

Room Tip: We had 6 rooms all were good the deluxe slightly bigger.

Just had a 2-night weekend stay at this lovely hotel.
Arrived early but was checked in and given a key to access both the hotel and our room. Free Wi-Fi, code given on arrival too.
Lovely room. Small shower but perfectly adequate for our needs. Comfy bed, warm room and very clean. Nothing else required.
Great breakfast served in the dining room. Plenty of choice, from cereals and fresh fruit to a full English. Freshly cooked and very tasty, especially the bacon.
A short walk (5 minutes) from the seafront/town/steam railway.
Fantastic owners who couldn't do enough for you. Great to talk to over breakfast too.
Would highly recommend this brilliantly run hotel and looking forward to staying again sometime.
