“Luxury family home surrounded by nature”
Reviewed 28 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Our extended family were in the area for a wedding in Callander, and had a very comfortable stay at Arran Lodge for the long weekend. All seven of us had ample bedroom space, with plenty of extra beds and bathrooms to go around.

The spacious living room and many of the bedrooms looked out on the garden and river, providing a very tranquil atmosphere, and the dining room sat 13 comfortably when we had friends over to stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, the hot tub overlooking the garden was a real treat, and the weather was so nice that we even managed a BBQ.

I only wish we could've stayed for longer! Would highly recommend Arran Lodge for a luxury stay in the heart of the Scottish countryside.

“Need to stay here, luxury spacious and comfortable LOVE LOVE LOVE”
Reviewed 29 February 2016 for a stay in February 2016

This was beautiful inside and outside, spacious for 10 guests with plenty of bathrooms and dining. We all loved it. It was lush. Outside at the back garden there were heaters and plenty of chairs with blankets to enjoy the winter moon, stars and running river. The hot tub was amazing too even in February, good fun. The owners were so thoughtful, leaving coffee, tea, wine, beer, some toiletries etc just replace when leaving!. There is plenty of parking. Inside had high ceilings, plush carpets throughout, comfortable beds, immaculate and amazing. Tesco is 5min walk. Callander is lovely with plenty of cute shops, cafes, few restaurants/bars and amazing walks. You need to try the Roman Camp dining experience, old world luxury, we were seated in the library with high ceiling a 5ft fireplace and the most comfiest high chairs and settees-amazing. A wee bit pricey but worth it, go for a cocktail! This is situated at other end of Callander. please try this wee town and Arran Lodge

“Wonderful house for a get together with friends and family”
Reviewed 17 November 2015 for a stay in November 2015

Stayed at Arran Lodge for a weekend with a group of long time friends who get together every year to catch up and enjoy each other's company. The house was perfect as it accommodated us all comfortably and the atmosphere was so relaxing (as was the hot tub) that once in, we hardly crossed the door til time to leave. The house was spotless, very well furnished and well stocked and didn't come with a huge set of rules like some other rental properties do. The house is a very short walk into Callander, which is a lovely town with lovely bakeries and craft/gift shops.

“Arran Lodge is ideal”
Reviewed 12 November 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Arran Lodge is a big house that can accommodate a good number of guests in its five bedrooms, several with en suite. It's well-appointed with only minor points we suggested to the owners (e.g. installing towel rails). The garden is big and well-maintained and there's even a hot tub. We had a couple of minor property problems - light bulbs needing replaced etc - and a handyman arrived within an hour or two of contacting the owner. Great service!
