As frequent travelers, my wife and I appreciate good service. The entire team we encountered could not have been more accommodating. Emma was a jewel and the entire service staff were superb! We will return and give this a strong recommendation. Thank you!!

Jenna and Johnny from Bar gave excellent service, they would always be smiling and have always down for a laugh. They made us all feel welcome, and made us feel comfortable and we all had a good laugh.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had to change rooms as needed a bath and they quickly and quietly upgraded us to a suitable room, which we were extremely pleased with. Breakfast choice was brilliant and leisure facilities were excellent. Would love to stay again.

We arrived late Saturday afternoon and were favourably impressed with the speed and efficiency that our group was processed and allocated rooms.We were given room 102 on the ground floor and initially very impressed.
On closer acquaintance we were surprised to see a drawer broken and left on the floor under the main side table
The bathroom was noteworthy for a dearth of a toilet brush which meant that the black limescale debris under the toilet rim could not be dealt with, nor other obvious usages for a brush be utilised....
There was a toilet roll on the holder, but no spare as backup, which meant we had to ration our usage.This was something that was new to us, as in all other hotels we have been to this has not been an issue.....lack of tissue roll and brush.
I suggest a more rigorous room/bathroom presentation regime, with provision of "The Essentials" for the guests in all rooms, as the rest of our stay bore no resemblance to our initial room disappoint ments...
The dinner was exceptionally good given the usual budgetry constraints applied to a coach holiday.
The buffet style breakfast we found brilliant too...the serving staff very friendly and on the ball for both meals.
In summary then, The Jurys Inn Hinkley Island is to be congratulated for an overall very positive experience which would become totally outstanding if the room / bathroom niggles were sorted!!
