Highbury House is ideally situated for those who value a relaxing break beside the coast. Both Kathy and Terry are perfect hosts, ensuring that your stay is as good as expected. They are keen to offer you advice on the best places to visit and will recommend places to eat out or have a drink. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, so if you are visiting Lowestoft, then be sure to book. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst away with friends. Very nice and clean. Shower was amazing, could've had a party in there!! Mini fridge in the room was very useful, staff were friendly and it was a spacious room. I'd definitely visit again.

We stayed here for my cousins wedding.
It was a lovely little B&B great location close to the beech and close to where we needed to be for the wedding. Room was really big had everything you needs. Great host always happy to help what ever we needed

Did what it said on the tin. Large, clean rooms (we had two) with an en suite larger than many domestic bathrooms. Very good power shower in a shower cubical which will accommodate most shapes and sizes. Full English breakfast with a choice of cereals. The room had fresh milk and a bottle of water in a small fridge to compliment the tea making facilities. Very easy to get to the beach or walk into the town. Parking is on the road; we found a lovely spot off the main road opposite the church. Would I go back? Yes and happily so.

Accommodated us at the last minute as we were in a pickle! The rooms were large, airy and clean. Terry was very helpful host and breakfast was great - even better if there had been de-caff lol. Plenty of choice and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you
