“Who could ask for more?”
Reviewed 29 May 2011 for a stay in May 2011

Grafton cottage was so much more than we could have hoped for. Perfect for us all, Grandma, daughter, son in law,a 3 year old and 9 month old and our Airedale Terrier
Plentiful supplies of beverages, a full cookie jar, bottle of wine and the essential loo rolls, kitchen towels and all the bed linen and towels. Even a box of old towels for wet dogs! The house was clean, tidy and welcoming and all the provisions gave a good feeling of generosity on the part of the owner.. Hot water ready available and enough for all of us. It was spacious and well set out so we did not feel "on top of eachother" The garden was completely secure, a godsend when you have a dog.
It is centrally placed for a wealth of beautiful outings, the Forest itself with all its possibilities, interesting villages,Lymington harbour and nearby beaches, including the essential dog friendly beach at Highcliffe..
Excellent value for money too, a most enjoyable stay.

“Amazing Stay - This House is huge!!!!!!”
Reviewed 23 May 2011 for a stay in March 2011

We stayed here in March 2011 for a long weekend. We had fantastic sunshine all weekend and this shone through the windows of this house making it light and airy throughout. From the outside it looks like a lovely little terraced house but get inside and wow it is huge. The lounge alone easily took care of myself and wife plus a toddler and small baby and the toddler loved running around the house. The master bedroom is massive too and two very sizeable bedrooms in addition to the master are both excellent in size.

It was very clean with everything you could ever want - lots of local info to look through and the location is excellent - only a ten to fifteen minute walk into Lymington which is lovely and has a great market on a Saturday.

The most positive thing though was the great communication from the owners who could not of been more helpful.

Highly reccommended we will be back again.
