Visited St Annes for a weekend, stayed at the Gaydon, a lovely warm welcome from Keith and kate. We stayed in room 1, lovely large room, spotlessly clean throughout. Huge comfy bed. Really nice bathroom. Breakfast was so well presented and so tasty. I can't recommend the Gaydon highly enough, impossible to fault. We will be returning.

Thoughtful quality is our summary of the Gaydon. The atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly, and our room was very comfortable and spacious, loved the furnishings, made the place feel that little bit more special. Full English breakfast, well cooked, and nothing too much trouble for the hosts. We will be back, thank you for a lovely relaxing break.
We picked this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and it was everything people have said. Everything oozes class. The whole hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The hosts are delightful. The breakfast was delicious and our room was superb. One of the very best!
Booked this Hotel while we attended a family Birthday in the town. What a fantastic little find. Have stayed in many Hotels , and even owned our own. This is one of the best we have ever stayed in Spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. Katy and Keith are so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely seating area with tea/coffee facilities. Even had hot chocolate, which I enjoy, and very rarely find available. The breakfast was first class, with perfectly cooked quality ingredients. We will book again in a heartbeat. Thank you Katy and Keith, you have made a little gem in St Annes.

We went to Lytham for a wedding and booked this place.Katy and Keith were amazing and tried their best to make sure we feel comfortable in their lovely place even when my husband asked for a shop to buy a tie Keith kindly offered him to try one of his. Katy always had a nice smile on and provided all the information I needed. This beautiful house is spotlessly clean and nice and our room were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I will definitely go there again.
