This is the third time in twelve months we have attended music concerts at Parr hall. What a great venue ? There are no bad seats. The prices are really reasonable, even the bar prices are very good....incredible for a music venue. Staff are also lovely ( although security get a bit precious over taking photos !).
only down side is they could market the upcoming concerts better.

My wife, her friend, myself and our daughter went to the 80s party, the music was fantastic, the place was lovely but the staff upstairs were appalling, it was so bad that they complained to the downstairs staff about them, my wife to look at her you don't see that she has a problem but she is waiting for a knee replacement so she has to keep her leg moving and with the restriction on seating in the upstairs balcony she had her leg to the side, not in anyone's way. Our daughter dropped her bottle and they couldn't see it so they put the torch on her phone before the show had started to find said bottle as they didn't want coke cola to spill all over, our daughter to be without a drink and splashing it every where, the staff member that came over talked down to them as of they were children, demanding that my wife move her leg back and upsetting our daughter and her friend. This was meant to be an enjoyable evening out for them and the way they were spoken down to, chastised and genuinely made to feel like crap made their visit horrible. Thankfully the lovely staff members from downstairs listened to them, sorted out the problems and turned what could have been a horrible evening and them leaving into something it should have been in the first place, fun! It speaks volumes when the staff from downstairs listen to the faults and deal with the problems that the staff members upstairs refuse to deal with. I feel sorry for brilliant members of staff that have to deal with these issues, I feel that the members of staff are so much better downstairs than up and I will not be making the same mistake of sitting upstairs on the balcony ever again, the staff upstairs were beyond unhelpful, beyond unpleasant and made the night horrible. The staff downstairs should have been one everywhere they are amazing, the woman on the door, I wish she was upstairs, she made the night start fantastic for us and the security downstairs brilliant and solved all our issues. I just wish they were upstairs instead of the rude members of staff we had to tolerate

First time I had been to a concert at Parr Hall and was very impressed. The venue is dead easy to find with plenty of parking nearby.Bar was very reasonable priced compared to other venues I’ve been to and the bar staff were great.Went to take our seats and the guy on the door advised us it wasn’t a sell out and if we checked at the box office we might get better seats, ended up six rows from the front .Hall itself is great, sound was good and close to the stage wherever you sat.All the staff we met were great ,very helpful and made the night even more enjoyable, thank you

the pyramid and parr hall I think is a excellent venue I know you are never going to get the stones or oasis playing there but they do have some really good and well known artists there from time to time prices are very reasonable the is a bar on site and many cafes bars and eateries within walking distance of the venue would recommend

Went to the Comedy store on tour tonight... what a fab night! A fraction of the cost of the city centre and the same acts! One the first Saturday of the month and so worth a visit. Plenty of laughter!

I didn’t realise how many events they have on here. We are going to book for Ruby Wax very shortly!

Awesome facility!
