Modern, well appointed rooms in the countryside. Very warm welcome, and dog friendly as well. Warm welcome and a very good breakfast included. Would certainly stay again.

Superb lunch. Beautifully cooked. Sat in the garden surrounded by beautiful cottage garden flowers. All served with a smile

This is a regular haunt of ours for food and we were not disappointed, this is a very popular pub and it is wise to book ahead at busy times - they can comfortably cater for larger parties. As ever the service was quick, staff very cheerful and helpful, food was excellent. Although not the strongest of real ales the Home brewed beer is very good. Family stayed in the pub last year and they were extremely pleased with the standard of the rooms. Camping and caravanning is also possible and it is a lovely setting. Be aware of the tight turn into the car park after driving down some narrow lanes, however do not let this put you off visiting as it is worth it.
