Our first night out in a year after having our twins was such a delight at off grid. What a refreshingly different dining experience. Huw, cooking and bringing our food to the table made me feel like I had my own chef... a brilliant cook, quiet, unassuming. The food just kept coming. We did not know the other diners which made the evening more exciting and we had an engaging time with them all. We had mint tea made in an open fire as we all sat outside on cushions watching the sunset over the hill - fabulous-Thanks Huw, looking forward to bringing our friends next summer.
