“Excellent house & location for family holiday”
Reviewed 17 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Loved our stay at the coach house, very clean & well equipped with nice little extras. Perfect quiet location with lovely view & plenty of wildlife, lots of attractions close by. Perthshire scenery was gorgeous with blue skies & golden fields, and was suprised how much there was to do with a 2 & 3 year old :-) even found quite a few short forest walks around dunkeld & pitlochry. Lovely end to the day sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the geese flying past! Would definetly recommend!

“Tranquil and stunning location”
Reviewed 23 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Had a lovely weeked break which Victoria was great in accomodating us as we only wanted a weekend (not the full week) which was greatly appreciated.

From the location to the coachouse itself everything is just perfect with Victora an excellent host (even leaving a nice home baked loaf of bread for arrival) and is one of the better self catering accomodations we have stopped at.

Even the novelty Pee Hen which seems to have decided to hang about the property popping up on the balcony at various times during the day was quite amazing.

We will def be returning in the future as came home so relaxed and chilled

Thanks again
Mick and Caroline

“Perfect”
Reviewed 16 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

One of the best self catering cottages we have stayed in everything was better than expected.
As for Panda our Newfoundland he totally loved it and the enclosed secured garden is ideal for dogs off all sizes.
Scenery and surroundings are spectacular.
We will be back again as it is also ideal for couples that are fishing on the Tay not too far away from Murthly and Newtyle beats.
All three of us(Panda had a brilliant time don't think he wanted to come home) loved our stay and our visitors that popped down during our week were as impressed with it as we were.
Will be back next year and thank you, Stuart, Victoria, girls and dogs will pass on your info to any of Ronnies fisher friends that are looking to stay while fishing.

“Cute cottage, idyllic setting”
Reviewed 19 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

Lovely cottage in a remote setting, perfect for exploring the outdoors & getting away to a peaceful location. The cottage was warm, clean, all linen provided & kitchen well equipped. The log burner with wood supplied was perfect for a winter stay! Very hospitable & friendly owner. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who is looking for a country escape in a tranquil setting.

“Just perfect”
Reviewed 22 April 2014 for a stay in April 2014

What a relaxing setting. The wildlife count included roe deer, kingfisher, skylarks , bats, hare, woodpeckers, and much more. The accommodation is first class and the wee touches to welcome us were very thoughtful and appropriate. If fishing, the nearby beat is salmon only. For trout fisherman a day permit to fish from the bridge at Caputh and up river can be bought from the post office in Dunkeld and the spar shop in Birnam.
Inchtuthill Coach House was one of the nicest places we have stayed in.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. We are glad you enjoyed your long weekend, spring is such a lovely time at Inchtuthill - actually every season here is special! You can also do some trout fishing (rainbow) at Butterstone Loch, open Wednesday - Sunday inclusive, from £30 for a boat per day. For more wildlife you can see osprey and red squirrels at Loch of the Lowes, just a 10 minute drive from Inchtuthill.
Hope to see you again one day. Thanks again, Victoria.
