Stayed for two nights with friends over the Easter weekend. Linda, Gary and the cute dog, Eddie made as so welcome. On arrival had tea homemade cake & hot cross buns, with a lovely pot of tea, such a lovely touch. Room was lovely, stayed in a front bedroom, on a fairly busy road, but didn't hear very much traffic noise. Bedding was beautifly clean, and so was the room and en-suite. Fresh milk is available no need to ask its offered as the norm.
Gary is a whizz with the DIY, and has turned a small room into a sitting room attached to Room 1, with a sofa and two comfy chairs with TV.
They have spent months bringing Lynstead to an amazing standard, all tastefully furnished, with a calming decor. They are obviously extremely proud of their B & B and quite rightly so!!
Perfect private parking out the back, a few steps from the Byes. Breakfast was lovely, well cooked and presented, plenty of choice from fruit to a delicious full English. Little extras like the butter being in little pots, not the small packets. Already booked for another few days in June. Thanks so much for a great stay Linda and Gary (hug for Eddie) xxMore
