We went on a national holiday break to this hotel and were surprised at the quality of the place due to the short period of time the new owners have had it since opening it up after its poor state from the previous owners, our room was spacious and warm, true there may have been a minor problem or two but nothing that could not be fixed in due course. The food in dining room just like your mother made and a decent choice, all looked over by the bionic Jenny where did they find her a gem.the entertainment was excellent.once all of refurb is finished this will be the go to hotel in skegness.

We only stayed 1 night.

Check in was easy, just given our keys and left to find our room

Opened the door and nearly fell on the door being inches away

Bathroom was a good size, unable to shower as no curtain, also shower head didn't work so had to wash my hair over the bath using a glass the old fashion way.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay at this hotel

very frendly staff and helpfull, meals were home made and you got a plate full you got to choose your evening meal at breakfast you got to choose from three main meals. Breakfast is buffet style, the only down side is the dinning room was on the small side but the owners are due to renevate soon.rooms were clean and tidy but the lift only went to seconed floor and then you have to walk up a flight of stairs to third floor.
